The Interactive Whiteboard

This is the topic that Roxana presented in her micro-lesson. I can say that it was great. She managed the topic very well and she spoke loud and clear. She used a good material despite the technnical problems at the moment she wanted to show a video, but it was ok. I like her pronunciation, she looks a real teaher of English since she moves constantly in the classroom, she uses the teaching space in a approapiate way and she also has a great voice projection.

On the other hand, I think she was one of few classmates who adjusted to the required time (no more than 15 minutes). However, she must be aware of her material that she use to present her topic and, of course, make sure that this material is going to work. In general terms, she did it well, It was a good and interesting micro-lesson. Roxana demonstrated to be a great teacher of English.

Japanese Animation

This presentation was performed by Loreto Ivonne Cortéz (Mr. Cares' girlfriend) in which she told us a little bit about "Japanese Animation". I noticed she was very self-confident, understandable and relaxed. She prepared a very good and dynamic presentation and I liked a lot since I am fond of the topic. Another important point to mention is that she adjusted herself to the required time (15 to 17 minutes).

However, I realized a few mistakes in past and present sentences; she sometimes skipped the "s" and "ed" verb endings but I know she will do it much better nex time. As a result, I think her presentation was great, it was a real micro-lesson from the beginning until the end. I enjoyed a lot since Loreto was really dynamic and I spent a lot of fun.

Music Therapy

This micro-teaching was presented by María Paz Colli. I found it very interesting, the topic was excellent, It catched my whole attention. María Paz spoke clear and fluently, she was concise enough and I think she managed the whole topic.

I would just recommend her to be aware of the time. We have repeated many times that this activity is a micro-lesson and not a lecture. Therefore, María Paz has to avoid talking too much and let students participate more. As a result, there was too much TTT (teacher-talking-time); however I know she will do it better next time since she looks a real teacher of English because, as we all know, María Paz is skilled, smart and very dynamic.
